Ridgefield Little League and Coastal Connecticut are happy to once again offer winter workouts.  For 10 weeks, your child will work on fundamentals of batting, fielding and throwing.  Kids will be broken up by skill level with drills and instruction customized to their ability to ensure safety and maximize development.  This is a great way to get ready for the upcoming spring season.  

We will be dividing this program into two groups:  those who plan to play in the AA program and below this Spring and those who plan to play AAA and higher in the Spring.  Our AA program is typically third grade (ages 8-9) and below and AAA typically begins in 4th grade and higher (ages 9-10 and up).  

Please go to the Ridgefield Little League website and click on the Registration tab to sign up today!  Sessions are limited to 24 kids per session.

Please note:  The winter workouts are for house players only - RTB players are not to register. If you are an RTB player, you will be removed from the registration. 

Details are as follows:

• Who?  Any child in grades K-6
• When?  Every Saturday for 10 consecutive weeks (Jan 6th - March 9th)
• AA and Below:  9:30 - 11 a.m.
• AAA and Majors:  11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• Where?  Coastal Connecticut Athletics, 36 Kenosha Ave, Danbury CT
• How much?  $250 per child, payable upon registration
